"Unending" Fic Search

Hello, everyone! I just finished rewatching the SG-1 series finale "Unending", and am looking for some fics related to that episode. First, I've always wondered how the episode would have been different had Jack been there (not necessarily in place of Landry, though that would certainly be interesting). In addition, I've always been a fan of the Sam/Jack pairing, so I would love to see a fic that details Sam's thoughts while on the ship and being separated from Jack. I've poked around previously in search for fics fitting these scenarios, and haven't really found anything. Does anyone here know of some fics that fit the bill? Team!fic is okay, but Sam/Jack is most definitely preferred. Thank you in advance!
