Fic Theme Request: Smart John and Jack

Hi, I've spent a fair amount of time trawling thematic list, ficfinder/rec sites and haven't had much success all in all.

I'm looking for fics where John is very smart and this comes to light, or is already known, which are NOT based in Mensa/Rod AU universe. Ideally either Gen or Slash but frankly not too bothered.

The same applies to Jack also, both these guys are definitely hiding their brains behind the assumption of military ignorance.

There's "Just when you thought you knew Jack", which I haven't read but the summary goes like this: Jacl has retired and Daniel (his beloved or maybe even husband) is helping him clear out things. He comes across a letter from Mensa and starts piecing together the events of recent years...

Once again, I abandoned it because it was not for my taste, but then the operative words is *mine*.
