Fic Search: Sam; Sam/Jack

 I'm looking for two fics, both read around two years ago, I think.

1) The first is Sam!centric. Basically the plot is, what if it was Sam instead of Jack in Shades of Grey. That's all I remember about it, sorry (but I have the feeling that it's a pretty well known fic).  One found, one more to go!

2) The second is a novella. From what I remember, after the team returns from a mission, Sam and Jack have a "falling out." In the months that follow, they begin to really hate each other (arguments, tension on missions, etc). I think at one point, Sam goes to work with the Tok'ra, and before she leaves, Jack confronts her about it (says something among the lines that she's turning her back on them...?), and things get even uglier between the two. Later, it turns out that something happened on a mission that caused Sam and Jack to read each other's thoughts (or maybe it was feel each other's mood...?), but they hadn't realized at the time what was happening, and because they could feel the other's thoughts/moods, they fed off the other's anger which caused their relationship to deteriorate. The very last scene is in the Gateroom, Jacob is about to go back to the Tok'ra, and asks Jack something among the lines of when is he going to marry his daughter. At that point, Jack turns around and asks Sam to marry him (and there was a line that said something to effect that Jack had asked her a dozen times before, and each time she said no), and she says yes.

If anyone can point me in the right direction, especially for the second, I'd be grateful!  The Andromeda Series - yay!
