I was wondering if anyone remembers in which ep we find out that Joack has a degree in Astronomy, and if there are any tags to it? I vaguely rememebr a story that revovled around it? PLease help?

There are no episodes in which he's said to have a degree in Astronomy. He has it as a hobby in Children of the Gods, and he is knowledgeable about using larger telescopes in Singularity and 1969.
