jack/daniel have dinner

Does anyone know where to find this pre-slash jack/daniel fic. It was in a series. Jack asks Daniel out to dinner at a nice restaurant. Daniel agrees to go even though Jack won't tell him what it is for. At the restaurant their waiter thinks they are together because every time he comes to the table they seem to be doing boyfriendy things (like at one point Jack is holding Daniel's hand and saying how much he cares about him or something like that). Jack goes to the loo and the waiter mentions to Daniel that they make acute couple. As they leave Daniel tries to decide whether or not to tell Jack what the waiter said to him and I'm pretty sure he told him. Oh yeah and the dinner turned out to be for the anniversary of Jack getting Daniel back from being ascended.

I can't help it! I've discovered that finding and sharing fic I know and love is like a puzzle-solving addiction.
I've spent the last hour googling for a search post from a week ago. It's pathetic fun!
