Fic Search: Sam/Martouf

I'm searching for a fic that was posted forever ago on a site that has long since disappeared. It was set after the episode Divide and Conquer. I think Martouf was brought back to life using the sarcophagus (or something) and he was considering being separated from Lantash. Martouf and Sam went back to his home world (Titan?) where he was some kind of royalty. He told Sam all about his past and that Lantash was passed from father to first born son at the age of 18 because there was something special about the first born male. It was really long.

That's all I remember. Anyone recognize?
