Daniel assigned an assistant

Sitting here reading SG1 fanfic I remembered a snippet of a fic that I read some time ago. As it is only one small part I have no clue how to find it. Hoping someone here might recognize it. The only thing I can remember is Daniel is assigned an assistant (military I believe) and Jack instructs him on how to handle Dr. Jackson. I also remember something about Daniel going missing. Not much to go on I know, but any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Is this the only fic where the character Tony Schipparelli appears?

I have a vague recollection of another with Tony turning people away from Daniel's office, but I might be getting mixed up with the different parts of this one.

The author notes at the beginning of this story states that this is the first story that Tony has appeared in. I don't know if he shows up in later stories of hers. I don't remember reading any other stories with him in it.

I had to go looking to make sure I wasn't imagining things and I did find another story with Tony in it by the same author at Area 52.
Title is Eros and it is in 2 parts.

Maggiemhoon - thank you again for locating this story for me. It was even better the second time around, I had forgotten how much there was to the story. It sure is great to have this site and all the great folks out there who are willing to take the time and share their knowledge of the fandom.
