Searching for a story.....

Hi everyone. I am looking for a story that is driving me slowly insane. In the story, SG-1 is off world. Daniel is separated from the rest of the team. During his separation, the natives test him to see how trustworthy/ how much he is willing to sacrifice himself for his team by threatening to cut off his legs and one of his arms. They write man and woman on three of his limbs to show what he is sacrificing for whom. They then put machines on one of his limbs while asking him again if he is sure he will sacrifice his limb for his teams' lives. He agrees and they act like they are going to start the amputations only to stop and tell him it was all only a test. They release him and later his team finds him. They see the writing and find out what happens and Jack decides to get them the heck off the planet.
