Brilliant Daniel

I just stopped reading a story which had no trigger warnings at all and dropped some seriously disturbing content on me completely out of the blue. Yikes. I'm a bit shaken to be honest and I really need some good, not-disturbing Daniel centric stories to get a few images out of my head. I don't much care what you rec me as long as it is well written and has some really great Daniel content. I love brilliant!Daniel or BAMF!Daniel or diplomat!Daniel. A good example of the kind of story I would love to read right now is e.g. 'Treasure Hunt' by Shedoc. Something meaty with substance, a great Daniel, a bit of adventure but no torture and no non-con. Some emotional pain or some injuries and/or h/c is perfectly fine as long as it is clear that a rescue and a happy end aren't far off. Slash or gen is both great and I will read het if it's a good story. Just, if you could send your favorite Daniel centric stories in my direction, that would be really, really great. My gratitude in advance!
