FIC SEARCH Daniel awarded with a medal

I recall a rather long fic posted sometime ago where Daniel is completely overlooked and is very depressed. Through events I cannot recall, he is tricked into attending a presentation ceremony, thinking it's for someone else, but the President awards Daniel with the highest medal a civilian can be awarded.

All I read is Daniel/Jack, so I know this was the pairing.

Any ideas on which fic this is?
