Katie Brown assaulted at The SGC

There were SGA as well as SG1 characters in this story. Katie Brown was assaulted by an away team member who had been influenced by an alien substance. A SF witnessing the assault did nothing to help, justifying his behaviour in various creepy ways.
John Sheppard is furious with the SF. I think Sheppard is second in command.
I read this really recently, am kicking myself because I did not bookmark.
