Sam left the SGC

Hello,

I looking for a old fic that I read on ffnet I think, the fic begin with Jacob who go see Sam for she help the SGC who can't open the stargate, but she said no, she doesn't want going back it since she is left two years ago.

Jacob discover she has a son, Matthew, and he kidnapping them and bring them in SGC.

Sam repared the stargate and Jack who is the matthew's father teach to know him, it's ending S/J.

It's not ringing a bell with me but someone on Gatecon form posted a really good thread of fics with Jack and Sam's kids. These are the results for a boy called Matthew, maybe it's one of these?
