McShep Ferris wheel fic

Hello, I’m kinda new to this community as I came in through the side door of a Jilly James fic about NCIS’s Tony (the one where he’s really the lost Sheppard child, amazing fic) and became completely addicted! Then I predictably glutted myself on the best fic ever and forgot to bookmark. Lesson learned. I was reading a great fic where they sent Rodney to Russia and basically abandoned him there until he met John on a Ferris wheel. Then I iOS updated and somehow lost the fic mid read. Does this story sound familiar to anyone?
