Hand in Hand

Does anyone have a copy of this fic? I think it's by Jmas. In summary both Sam and Daniel are trapped together by these huge cats and Sam is trapped by rubble and Daniel is shielding her. When they are found they are literally holding hands so tightly it's hard to separate them.

I hope this is enough.
