FIC Search: Jack/Daniel fic

Hi! First time posting here, because I can usually find what I'm looking for, but my searching has failed me.

It's a fic I've read before. It's Jack/Daniel. I don't remember if it's one long story or a series of shorter stories. Jack and Daniel are offworld, and some kind of technology binds them together (the telepathy particularly stands out). They're sent to another world so they can understand this bond, and when it's removed, they want it back.

I only read it once, and that's all I can remember about it. I hope that it's enough, because I'd really like to read it again. Thank you very much, and virtual cookies of your choice to anyone who can help me out. :)
