I once read this short humor/crack fic about Jack who accepted Daniel offer to ascend (in Abyss) but then he breaks the No-interference rules, so the Ancients kick him out of the club & he descended. I don't remember the title/author, I think one of the thing Jack did was blowing up a Goa'uld mothership. Ring any bell ??

Actually she wrote it (strangely) two years ago today! Probably one of the very early five things lists. I really have no idea who started it all.

I believe that Basingstoke (http://www.ravenswing.com/~bas/) wrote the very first Five Things story in '01. Smallville/Brimstone crossover. Yeah, weird.
