Can someone direct me to a thematic list or just post a bunch of fics of daniel/jack or rodney/sheppard that are set while they are in college. Either meeting/going to parties, as roommates, or anything so long as they are students there?

Crossroads (http://sga.fictionresource.com/fic_index.php?list_cats=00001) have a bazillion categories on their McShep list so you may find something appropriate in their many AU sections.

lamardeuse has written two - Alter Ego (http://lamardeuse.dreamhost.com/sg/alterego.html) and Second Time (http://lamardeuse.dreamhost.com/sg/secondtime.html) (although in this one they meet in high school).

As to Jack/Daniel, if you have a look at our AU List (http://community.livejournal.com/stargate_search/66970.html) you're bound to find something. There's over 100 fics described and some focus on college.
