How much of a transformation do you want? I don't recall any where he turns evil and eats people, but there are some with after effects from Conversion not going away. Also, are things set during Conversion something you want?

Fics set during Conversion are fine, though it lasting longer than an episode would also rock. I don't know how John going "evil" would work, actually, so I was thinking more along the lines of him trying to deal with the transformation and how the hunger would work.
