I'm looking for a story where Daniel is a kid (pre-series not an AU where he is turned into a kid) living in an orphanage. While there he meets two other kids - one is a young Robert Goren from Law and Order Criminal Intent and the other is a young Matt Murdock from the Daredevil comics.

Daniel is the only canon character in the story. There's a bit where some other kids try to hurt Daniel and or Matt but Robert saves them.
