I've been on a binge as I've returned to reading SG fic and have, foolishly, broke my own rule: if you even remotely like it, save it. #regrets

I recently came across a sequel to ivorygates's The Colors of That Piece of Time. I'm pretty sure it was written by a different author and it was a direct sequel (though maybe it was something of a remix). In fact I read it before I read the original.

I read in on LJ and am dutifully combing through my browsing history, but I am hoping someone out there can help me find it quicker.

There was maybe some cameron/daniel if you squinted and referenced cameron/teal'c from the original story.

This is pretty broad, but I'm looking for fic in any of the above pairings that isn't on A03 (or only got put up there recently) and doesn't include non-con (áliens make them do it' etc is fine, one person taking advantage/disregarding consent... not so much) or hardcore bdsm (light bondage or whatever is fine but no humiliation, extreme power imbalances, etc).

Literally anything that fits that criteria is great, though extra points if

+ you know of a sam/vala fic that actually portrays them as having feelings for each other and develops that, rather than just 'the girls get crazy and explore!!!!'
+ it's a sam/cam or sam/daniel fic of the 'long time friends to lovers' variety
+ it's cam/dan. john/cam, or sam/vala and deals with at least one party struggling (even subtly) w/ being queer, whether because of the military, family, their own internalised homophobia, or all three
+ and i know it's cliche, but first time, fake dating, pining fics and the like are all embarrassing weaknesses of mine, so if you've got 'em, send 'em my way :P

I have been searching for this story for a while now, first read it a couple of years ago. Thought I had it bookmarked, but it's not coming up. Daniel and Cameron are offworld, Daniel is sick, or else stoned on some alien weed. He's confused AND aroused, and thinks Cameron is Jack. Daniel has got to be relieved of his arousal, but is unable to take care of it himself. I remember Daniel asking Cameron fretfully to either use his hands or his mouth, as that would be quickest, and I believe they were either out in the open, or at most in a cave. Something about the way the author used language in this story really appealed to me, and I'd love to read it again. Anyone recall this story? I've been searching for days.

Hi,

I read a fic the other day but can't remember much about it (even how it ends). Daniel is injured off-world and Cameron drags him back to the gate, complaining the whole way how Daniel is a "horse" and an "elephant" but thinking about how buff Daniel is.

Any ideas which story this is?

Just watched stargate continuum for the first time and I was wondering if their were any fics that dealt with the team's downtime year on earth?

I have been looking for epic Teal'c/Cam fics, or any series with the two of them together? I got out of SG-1 fanfic when Jack left, but have recently had my interest in Mitchell peaked by some good Mitchell/Sheppard fics out there.

Also, I wouldn't mind reading any Daniel/Cameron fics that do NOT have a broken-hearted Jack or an evil breaking-heart Jack. Basically, it should either be a threesome or there should be no Jack/Daniel past pairing--it hurts me when Jack O'Neill is maligned :(

I would also go for some epic-long Cam-centric gen fics, but basically anything that will feed my love for the (for me) new guy without hurting my love for the old ones.

Hmm, I can't find many LJ communities for SG-1 at all-- has there ever been an SG-1 bigbang or is that more of an Atlantis thing?

OK I finished SG1, Finally - took me Ages! Everybody, including me now - Yay! -know that Daniel and Vala, who I admit is Totally awesome, finally hook up. I was wondering if there is any AU out there where Daniel and Cameron become an item instead?

Not a lot I know, but Im a short and too the point kinda guy. Besides Daniel and Vala can't have been the only ones in all that time getting laid.

So I finally got around to watching season 9 of SG-1. I hadn't for a long time because I couldn't imagine Stargate without Jack! I still prefer the first 8 seasons but I definitely enjoyed it more then I expected. So I was hoping to get some recommendations for classics of Cameron/Daniel. Ones that would convert me! I'm looking for slash, but I really wouldn't mind gen. Pretty much any really quality fics involving the two of them.

I am looking all over the place for genuine Daniel/Cameron fanfic in which Daniel and Cameron actually are interested in each other. I read a few by

chase_acow earlier today, and now I'm in the mood for more, but I'm not finding any!

Instead, I am finding a lot of Daniel/Cameron where Daniel is using Cam as a replacement for Jack, or apocofic type stories where they're sort of using each other for stress relief, or stories where they might be sleeping together, but Daniel doesn't actually like Cameron.

I don't mind angsty fic, or fic where there's past J/D or past pairings for Daniel or Cameron, or unrequited feelings from the past, or some mild freaking out over finding themselves interested in a man. It's just that I would like when the story is all said and done, there is some sort of obvious affection/relationship between Daniel and Cameron.

I really thought there'd be more out there with these two! Maybe because the last two seasons are still sort of new? Either way, I'd love any recs and I'm hoping that actual Daniel/Cameron isn't a rare pair and I've hit the quota out there!

Hey all. I'm looking for a short fic I saw a while back on Livejournal (I believe). I think it may have been a gift for somebody or a challenge fic, if that helps at all.

It was a sort of 'butterfly effect' story, about what would be different if Daniel had been born female. It included something about Daniel's parents, and I vaguely recall something about some lady going to buy baby clothes. Bits of the fic were in a different language (Russian or Greek?), and I believe there was also a very short male-Daniel/Mitchell sex scene (more of a mention, really) in which Mitchell randomly senses Daniel-who-might-have-been's female pheromones (?).

It was a fascinating and beautifully written fic, and I'd really like to read it again, so if anyone knows what I'm talking about I'd be most obliged. ;)

several requests here, some more specific than others.

1. Fics centering around or at least focusing a great deal on oral fixation. I don't even care who's involved, though Daniel must be present, so I guess it's more a matter of, I don't care who Daniel is WITH, but I want oral fixation. PLEASE.

2. fics where Daniel and Anubis get more interaction. The few times those two have held conversation together, I've been absolutely riveted, though I can hardly explain why. Preferably, interaction between the two whil Daniel is still ascended. I mean, I know Oma dragged Danny away from Anubis when he was going to attack, but I doubt he thrown back down to earth immediately. I always thought it was strangely noble of Anubis to admit that he hadn't been responsible for banishing Daniel in the first place, even if he DID blast Abydos in the end. I don't need anything to happen, persay, just a conversation.

3. I want, no, need, a really good mind fuck fic. In fact, I wouldn't say no to several. I am an incredibly demented person, and enjoy such fics much more than can really be considered healthy, but I've become rather desensitized to STUFF in general, so I'd appreciate some big time psycho twisters.

4. Any sort of fanfiction overall focusing on the season nine episode "Ripple Effect" and all those AU SG-1 teams, though in particular I'm looking for something Cameron/Daniel related, 'specially with those deleted scene interactions between the two for that ep.

5. Some good, clean, non sexual interaction between Vala and Daniel. I realize asking for so much when Vala is indeed involved is tricky, but I'm struck by the easy way they deal with each other, Vala misbehaving, Daniel reigning her back in, Vala expecting him to do so from the very begining...

I know it's alot to ask for and I thank you in advance for any sort of response.

Since everyone was so helpful last time I hope for a wee bit more help...

We are looking for a fic read a while ago... It was a humour fic about all of sg1 where they wrote these request forms to General Hammond for some crazy but funny items. Jack and Daniel were definately together and I think that Sam and Janet were together or implied.

Also if anyone can post some links to some good Daniel/Cameron stories preferably humour, fluff, and other forms on non-sad romance... smut is always welcome, we will forever be in your debt.
