I'm looking for the Genome Series and "Not Man or Woman Be". I can't remember the author or authors. I do know it's slash. The first one it's discovered that Daniel is an alien after he saves Jack. The second story Daniel is seen by the people of the planet they are on as a child of Hermaphroditus, the Hero of Heroes and has to "marry" the king.

Any help would be appreciated.

I’m looking for a SG1 fic which was an outsider POV. The character is either Jennifer Hailey (the cadet from Prodigy etc.) or an another young female character very similar to her.

I think she was assigned to go along with SG1, and remember a scene where they were camping on another planet overnight. I’m pretty sure a theme of the fic was her coming to terms with how she thinks rules should be followed, and accepting that not everything is black-and-white - I mostly read Jack/Daniel so there may have been a bit about her realising they’re a couple, and deciding to not report them

This would have been pre-AO3 days, maybe even pre-LJ. For some reason when I think of this fic, I can picture white text on a dark blue background.

I'm looking for working links for crossovers with SG-1. Specifically with the Sentinel. I know of several already written by Dangermouse, Lady Ra, Alyjude-Sideburns, and Belladonna. Lots of links that I've looked at no longer work. Any really good crossovers would be great also: NCIS, The Pretender. Prefer Slash with Jack/Daniel, Jim/Blair, Tony/Gibbs as any pairings. Though Gen and Teamy goodness is wonderful as well.

Also, There is a story I read that is sort of an epilogue of Torment of Tantalus I think. What I remember is that after they return Daniel starts to develop telepathic abilities and it turns out that Catherine knew about that planet all along and had been there before with Ernest Littlefield but somehow she had to stop going. Turns out she and Ernest are his real parents and that she gave him up to hide the fact that he had been born on another planet, with the gifts normal for the people of that world. Has anyone heard of this story? Who wrote it? Where can I find it again?

Why oh why didn't I read this series before. It's great!! It's got so many hilarious scenes in it. And Damn does Daniel have a filthy mouth and temper when he hasn't had his coffee LOL.

I'm hoping this description isn't too vague.

But, Jack and Daniel end up making contact with a civilization that has healing abilities and are based in a Roman or Greek influence. Janet is not nice during this story and abuses Daniel when he's found to have a possible testicular cancer. She's angry because this civilization can't share how they heal with her only Jack and Daniel.

Any ideas?

Duplicating from LJ. I am completely blanking on the name, it was a longer fic where the society has slaves, but all of them have blue eyes only, because they have been essentially selectively bred at that point. The meeting party asked if the team is there for the festival or maybe auction, misunderstanding ensues. Daniel gets slipped a mickey. I have a strong feeling it used to be on ao3, but since been scrubbed.

I’m sharing this question from a Facebook group.

I'm looking for a J/D fic. For some reason Daniel is off world with another team. The people on the planet are very tall and have excellent technology that they won't give to earth. Otherwise, they are wonderful and they adore Daniel. The Major is actually a traitor and kills his team, beats the crap out of Daniel because he won't steal the blueprints. Very nice people are killed. They call Daniel Ahrimon.

Hiya! Any help would be much appreciated! This has been driving me crazy:
Jack is on a rescue mission to retrieve Daniel, who has been taken by the local aliens due to his resemblance to one of their gods that's like a muse ? Jack infiltrates by posing as an artist and buying time with Daniel, who is locked in a bedroom and drugged, non-con with other paying customers is implied and Jack has to go through some motions to preserve his cover as an "artist" who bought time with the muse. He even has to redrug Daniel to keep him quiet. I remember some kind of lunar theme and there was a moon pool or something right near the gate at their escape. I really want to read it again but i can't find any trace of it. Any ideas?

I remember reading a fic where SG1 found out that Daniel's "grandfather" had kidnapped his parents and somehow erased their memories of being furlings. When they visit the furlings they find out its an entire planet of archeologists and Daniel is a prince(?). I'd love to reread it.

I'm looking for a fic where Daniel runs away through the Stargate and is wandering planet to planet. This isn't the one where they find the Furlings. They have standing orders to find him, but when they do he tries to run. Healthwise is isn't doing to well. I think it had to do with the NID or something similar.

The second fic I'm looking for is Daniel finds information on a weapon that links through the Stargate to protect the planet and whichever planet it's connected to from being attacked from orbit. Also a weapon to kill Anubis. He finds clues that it's on Earth, but the NID feel it's on Abydos and sidelines Daniel.

I am looking for a story that has Jack/Daniel involved in a relationship. The whole group is throwing a birthday party for Janet Fraser at Jack’s house. Daniel winds up getting sick at the birthday party and crawling into Jack’s bed. Hope that helps with the details. Appreciate any help that can be given.

Hello!

I remember there was a fic where Daniel left the SGC and disappeared. SG1 only finds him because he's involved in a televised hostage situation in Paris(?) and they fly out and reunite with him. I believe it was Jack/Daniel.

I'm looking for fic, either Jack/Sam or Jack/Daniel that deal with the age difference in those relationships - whether it's angst over 'he's too old or s/he's too young' or Jack's bad knees coming into effect or something.

Also, if it deals with the issues of command structure too that would be great, but an added bonus!
