I'm looking for a fic that has Daniel and Vala as the main pair/characters. Though the rest of SG-1 is in the background as well. In this fic the team goes off-world and gets stuck in the middle of some kind of "right of passage" I think. The men are all infected w/something that makes them act primal and need to mate. If they don't I think they die?

Both Daniel and Cam are affected. I think Sam and Vala are trapped in a building with the guys trying to break down the door at some point. At some point SG comes up w/a cure that vala tries to bring to Daniel who is trapped in a cave? In the end you find out she is pregnant.

If someone could tell me where to locate this fic I'd love them forever! I've been searching for awhile with no luck

I'm looking for some insecure Daniel fics. I'm craving a Daniel that tries to hide his pain, but feels either left out, not good enough, etc. Maybe he loves someone that he either thinks he doesn't deserve or just knows doesn't love him, etc. Maybe he tries to leave the SGC, I don't know. Maybe a Daniel who is even insecure to the point of being out of character...

Happy ending is appreciated, but not necessary.

I prefer Jack/Daniel, Daniel/Vala, or Gen, but I would pretty much try any pairing with Daniel even crossovers of some kind. :)

I'm looking for two types of recs:

1. A Daniel who is hurt/vulnerable/super shy/lonely or something like that. And Jack or Vala making it better :) Or a gen team fic, too.

2. A Vala who is hurt/vulnerable/super shy/lonely with Daniel or Cameron making it better :)

I'm really looking for fics that focus on them being emotionally hurt with a happy comforty ending.

I'm looking for four fics that I vaguely remember reading a while back. I think all but the last one are gen, but this may not be the case.

1) Daniel finds a tablet off-world that's kept in a small room(?) underground, away from all light. He's trapped in there for a while, but eventually both he and the tablet make it back to the SGC. They discover that the tablet was kept locked up for a reason, as it seems to be almost sentient and it's almost certainly evil. Found! Here: What Waits

2) Jacob enlists the help of SG-1 to buy a piece of technology from a planet occupied by a scientist-type goa'uld. SG-1 is posing as Jacob's servants, while Jacob acts the part of an interested buyer. They get trapped in an underground labyrinth at some point. Found! Here: Shopping Trip

3) Daniel and Jack are arrested by some aliens, who try to sacrifice(?) them after covering them with some sort of goo (that may possibly be sacred - I think it's related to why they were arrested). They escape, or are rescued, I'm not sure. Found! Here: Fit to be Tied

4) Daniel and Vala are on their second(?) date, possibly post-series. One of them ends up getting shot at, and they hotwire a car to get away.

Simplified, I'm looking for fic recs of Sam/Teal'c and Daniel/Vala re: Unending.

Long version, I spent the next two hours after watching Unending going, "Teal'c/Sam! Teal'c/Sam! I need Teal'c/Sam fic, stat!" and failing to find any! So, pretty much any recs regarding those two pairings during or after Unending, or any Unending fic.

I'm looking for a Daniel/Vala fic I read awhile ago. It's a vaguely angsty piece, though with a funny premise - Vala watching porn with Daniel in the room. Does that ring a bell for anyone?

I'm also looking for a funny fic where Daniel meets with one of the SGC staff members, a clerk of some kind, to go over his history with the SGC and fill out forms. It's told from the POV of an original character, who's overwhelmed with Daniel's multiple deaths/ascensions/etc.

Hi, I have a couple of requests that I hope you guys can help with.

1. Tags/Missings scenes to the two SG-1 movies, especially Ark of Truth. Preferably Daniel-centric (and whump would be an added bonus).

2. I'm very new to the fandom so I would like to know what the "must read" fics/authors are. I'm a Daniel fan so anything that has a strong Daniel focus would be great. I prefer gen (especially Daniel/Jack friendship) or Daniel/Vala but I'll also read Daniel/Jack slash and Jack/Sam as long as it isn't the main focus of the fic.

Perhaps because he is totally overworked and only she (or even Teal'c or Sam or Cam) know he needs a little 'stress relief' and they tell her to go and help him out? I'm trying to find this fic I read set just after The Pegasus Project. There's a party of some sorts in Atlantis to celebrate their new found knowledge on how to destroy an Ori ship, and Daniel gets a little tipsy and starts making out with Vala in a corner or something. I think he confesses his lurv while inebriated and Vala is kind of stand-offish and ends up tucking him into bed. Sound familiar?

Can anyone point me to Daniel/Vala (UST, established relationship, first time, or just plain old friendship are all fine) h/c fics? I prefer Vala hurt, Daniel comfort, but will take the other way around as long as it focuses heavily on their relationship. I've been looking for this for a while and I can't seem to find any out there.

ETA I vaguely remember a story that sort of fits the bill. It's Vala going off world with the team for training exercises. Daniel is hurt with an arrow to the thigh, I think, and Vala stays with him. I thought it was at The Alpha Gate, but I can't seem to find it.

I'm looking for a Daniel/Vala fic I read some time ago (more than a year, I'm pretty sure). I think it was at least an R-rating and was set before Vala joined SG-1 - it involves our intrepid pair being offworld and having some artifact or device with them. Enemies chase them, so they hide somewhere (underground? In a dark cavern or chamber?). The device starts to make a noise and gives them away, until they discover that the only way to shut it up is if they're touching each other, but the effects of minimal touching wear off soon and the device demands more and more contact until they've progressed from hand-holding to full-on sexxin' just to keep it quiet.

Anyone recognize this?

Two reqests, neither for specific fics:

1) Post-Ascension Daniel/Sam, only not really. I'm looking for something to address the fact that Sam is the only member of SG1 Daniel didn't visit while ascended, and/or the fact that he asked her if they had been involved. Something made him ask. I'm not necessarily looking for a Then-They-Got-Together fic, fluffy or otherwise (though I'd be happy to accept those recs too), because I'm not looking for something that puts the Daniel/Sam relationship above Team (or any of its permutations). I'm a big big fan of Team!fic. It's just that I think there's something there that was never really explored.

Er. That's a tall order, I know. I'd really appreciate any recs. Thank you.

It also doesn't have to be the point of the story - if this thing is acknowledged in passing in any fic, gen or slash or het of any pairing, I'm happy.

2) Aaaand, switching gears! I would adore getting recs for your absolute favorite Then-They-Got-Together, long plotty mistaken!angst-(so-it's-really-fluff) Daniel/Vala fics.

Hi! I'm looking for rape-recovery fics. Explicit is fine, but I'd like the focus to be on the recovery part, not the rape part. Please no stories where everything is made better because the victim gets to have sex with their One True Love (although stories that eventually lead to other romances are fine).

OKay soI actually don't know anything about this fic except that Daniel took Vala to Disneyworld (I think the whole team did but I know Daniel at least was there).

Besides that one could anyone direct me to some good Sheppard/McKay humour (slash or pre-slash) any rating is fine with me just so that they are getting along and happy "sickeningly sappy" as my sister calls it.
